To me, mental health is of paramount importance and I'm convinced that moving your body plays a huge role in this.
I started practicing yoga and pole dance a few years ago and fell in love so completely, that I just had to learn more. I have now completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training and am continuing my education to become a 500RYT. I was also one of the first to graduate as an Advanced Stretching Technique Instructor, which is a course by Bendy Kate, one of my personal heroes. During this course I learned about safe and effective techniques to gain flexibility and mobility.
You could say that I'm addicted to learning, so I'm always continuing to educate myself on various subjects related to physical and mental well-being.
During my flexibility classes you'll learn to push your limits in a safe way. We'll work on stabilising the major joints and strengthening the muscle groups you need for active flexibility.
